The Cayhouse is built over the sea, sitting on his own little cay (island) in the harbour of Utila Town.
Up to 12 people can stay in this 3400 square feet house. It has 5 bedrooms, all with AC, each one with a special view over the bay.
Upstairs you find the Pico Bonito Master Suite with a king-size bed and a private bath. It also has a private veranda. This is a good spot to see eagle rays, barracudas, tarpons swimming by, and watch sunsets.
The Sunrise Room has a queen size-bed and a single bed.
The Lighthouse Room, which comes with a queen-size bed.
The Harbor View has a queen-size
bed.
Downstairs
we have the Holy Room with
a queen-size bed and a single bed. This room has a very unique bathroom.
The whole house is equipped with the finest Honduran mahagony furniture.
The high ceiling in the living room offers a spacious atmosphere for relaxing in the evening as the sun goes down.
The TV room offers you 30 channels in both English and Spanish.
A veranda spanning the front side of the house gives you a great view
over the bay and the mainland mountain peaks. It is a beautiful place
to relax and enjoy the life in the bay, or to just kick back with a margarita
at sunset.
The Cayhouse comes with a large, well-equipped kitchen.The rental price includes a maid who will take care of your dishes, laundry, beds and other housekeeping needs. She can cook great Honduran food as well.
The house lies just 4000 feet in front of the reef. Soon there will be
a big dock (1372 square feet) with hammocks, swim ladder and a shower.
